FIRST: PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

SECOND: CONDITIONS

The User is solely responsible for the content and files made available on the portal, and therefore undertakes not to publish (or upload) any file (understood video, audio, text, etc.) that is subject to intellectual property rights . (or industrial) of third parties, unless the legal owner of said rights has granted a license or formal authorization in accordance with the license that governs this portal.

Use and custody of the Username and password: The User agrees to make diligent use of the password and the Username and to keep them secret. THIRD: INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The content, as well as the information object of intellectual property whose ownership corresponds to the Ama Tu Prójimo Foundation or to the registered Users made available on the platform (unless otherwise expressly specified), may not be reproduced, publicly communicated, transformed or be freely extracted exclusively, in whole or in part, by any person, in any format, without authorization of temporal or territorial restriction and, for any subsequent illegitimate use, under the following conditions: It must always be indicated, and in any case, the authorship and should only be shared on this platform or with the authorization of NGOs.
Likewise, as it is a platform dedicated to the commons, the characteristic of the projects that are proposed and supported through it, is the choice of private licences, leaving the same to the decision of the Registered NGOs that propose the project among a list to the proposal of those responsible for the foundation.
Regarding the industrial property rights that may correspond to said content, as well as all trademarks, trade names or any other distinctive sign are the property of Fundación ama tu pájimocomo or their legitimate owners, all rights over them being reserved.

FOURTH: MINORS
The full responsibility in determining the specific content and services to which minors have access corresponds to the adults in whose charge they are. Access to and use of the Portal by unauthorized minors is prohibited. En ningún caso las cookies recogerán ni realizarán ningún tipo de tratamiento de datos de carácter personal. De todas formas, el Usuario tiene la posibilidad de configurar el navegador de tal modo que impida la instalación de estos archivos.
Fundación ama tu prójimo cómo a ti mismo no asume ninguna responsabilidad sobre los enlaces externos que, en su caso, pudieran incluirse en el portal, ya que no tiene ningún tipo de control sobre los mismos, por lo que el Usuario accede bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad al contenido y en las condiciones de uso que rijan en los mismos.
SEXTO: POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD
